Delivery conditions and shipping costs
We ship to all countries of the European Union (EU) and Norway.
The prices quoted include the statutory VAT applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany plus postage and packaging costs.
Germany

For shipments within the Federal Republic of Germany with an order value of up to € 124.99, a flat rate for postage and packaging of € 8,90 will be charged. From an order value of € 125.00, delivery is free of charge. Postage and packaging costs for shipments outside the Federal Republic of Germany are always charged to the recipient (other European countries, Norway, Turkey) and are staggered as follows. Goods will only be delivered after payment of the respective invoice amount.

- Shipping costs € 42.90 + € 65.00 for phytosanitary certificate
Shipments to non-EU countries such as Norway are subject to additional duties, taxes and fees. Please refer to the pages below for more information. The phytosanitary certificate, which is required for shipping to non-EU countries, costs € 65.00 and is added directly to the shipping costs in the shopping basket.

In the event of frost and unusual heat, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the dispatch of plants for safety reasons. Notification of this will be sent by e-mail. Deliveries will be carried out immediately after the obstacle has been removed. If plants are not available in bud or flower when the order is received, we will deliver stronger, flowering plants at the same price. If the ordered variety or size of a plant is out of stock, we will deliver an equivalent replacement (e.g. parallel varieties) or a different price group of the ordered variety, unless this is expressly excluded by the customer / buyer in the order.
