Shipping is in all countries of the European Union (EU) and Norway.

The prices quoted include the statutory value added tax applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany, plus postage and packaging costs.

Germany

For shipments within the Federal Republic of Germany with a order value up to € 99.99 a lump sum for postage and packing in the amount of € 8.50 is charged. From an order value of € 100.00 the delivery is free domicile. Postage and packaging costs for shipments outside the Federal Republic are always at the expense of the recipient (European countries, Norway) are staggered as follows. The delivery of goods takes place only after payment of the respective invoice amount.

European Union (All Member States)

Up to order value € 150,00 = € 25,00 shipping costs

Up to order value € 250,00 = € 35,00 shipping costs

Norway

Up to order value € 75,00 = € 47,80 + 65,00 for phytosanitary certificate

Up to order value € 150,00 = € 57,80 shipping costs + € 65,00 for phytosanitary certificate

Up to order value € 250,00 = € 83,80 + 65,00 for phytosanitary certificate

For shipments to non-EU countries such as Norway incur additional duties, taxes and fees. Please inform yourself on the following pages. The Phytosanitary Certificate, which is necessary for shipping to non-EU countries, costs € 65,00 and will be added directly to the shipping costs in the shopping cart.

In case of frost and unusual heat, we reserve the right to suspend the shipment of plants for safety reasons. The notification will be sent by e-mail. The deliveries are carried out immediately after elimination of the obstacle. If plants are not available in bud or flower when they receive orders, we will supply stronger, flowering plants at the same price. If the ordered variety or size of a plant is out of stock, we provide equivalent substitute (e.g., parallel varieties) or another price group of the ordered variety, unless expressly excluded by the purchaser / purchaser in the order.
